HOW IT WORKS
CONSULTATION
We will explain the process and answer any questions. Your medical history will be checked to assess your suitability for the treatment. We will discuss your expectations and advise how permanent makeup can be used to enhance your features.
SHAPE AND COLOR
We will design the enhancement, first by drawing the shape on your skin with a traditional cosmetic pencil and using measuring tools to ensure symmetry and precision. This gives you the idea of a new look.
PENSIL OUTLINE
The artist outlines the shape with a skin-colored pencil. Once you approve the shape drawn, a pigment color is selected among the artist and client. Your chosen color which should match your natural tones will be mixed and agreed upon before we start.
THE INITIAL SESSION
The Artist will open sterile cartridges with a full safety membrane in front of the client and apply the pigment into the top layers of the skin. You will feel a slight stinging or scratching sensation in the pigmented area. The procedure will last 1-2 hours
MAKEUP TOUCH-UP
All permanent makeup and microblading is a multisession process, meaning, touch-ups are necessary. Please remember it is your responsibility to contact us after 4-8 weeks post-procedure to schedule your Touch Up Session.

The method varies depending on the procedure, but it could be done with a manual blade or an electric tattoo device.

Of course, you can't forget liner - black or brown pigment is used to line the upper lid and make those lashes pop. Instead of sinking deep into your skin like a typical tattoo, the technique only targets the top layer of your skin. And unlike ink used for tattoos, the dye particles found in makeup ink are less concentrated. Although permanent makeup will eventually fade away, your skin's metabolism rate plays a large role in how fast that will happen.
When you're getting your eyebrows, lips, or liner done, it usually takes 1 to 2 hours. But before the tattooing begins, your technician will draw out a design with you to make sure it's perfect for your unique style. So, you'll know what to expect and can make changes if needed.
Okay, so here's the deal: there's gonna be a little pain involved with getting that semi-permanent makeup done, just like any other tattoo. Imagine somebody endlessly tickling you with a tiny needle! The good news is that your technician will use some numbing cream to help take the edge off. And if you're a bit of a drama queen (no judgment!), don't be shy about asking for an extra dollop of cream to help with the pain.

Although our technicians always put your safety first, there are still some risks you should be aware of, just like with regular tattoos. These may include infection, allergic reactions, and less-than-ideal outcomes. Furthermore, some clients have reported unusual responses to pigment colors, so keep that in mind. Just because your black ink tattoo has worked well with your skin previously doesn't guarantee the same for a red lip tint.

Although it's rare, if the client is not happy we suggest permanent make-up removal. We offer three different techniques: acid removal, laser removal, and camouflage. Together with our technician, we'll help you choose the technique that's best for you.
Like with any tattoo, the first few days of recovery are important. You should keep the treated area clean, avoid putting on makeup for a few days, and expect some skin peeling and lightening of the color. Oh, and your new makeup might take 4 to 7 days to heal completely. During that time, avoid tanning, swimming, and intense exercise. If you got your brows bladed, be extra careful and avoid getting them wet for at least two days post-application, or else you risk lightening the pigment and getting infections. And last but not least, if you feel any pain or see any signs of infection, go see a doctor right away!
Permanent makeup may not be suitable for you if you are pregnant, nursing, have diabetes, or other serious conditions that affect your immune system. Before you book an appointment, if you're unsure whether the procedure is right for you, chatting with your doctor is always a good idea.
If your skin gets oily, it might not play nice with permanent makeup. So, don't be surprised if you need more touch ups to get it perfect. Oily skin can cause the pigment to spread out during application and fade quicker than you want. To avoid this oily pitfall, microshading might be a better solution for your precious brows. Instead of cutting hair-like strokes, microshading gets it done by creating small dots that are barely visible. If you're still undecided about what to do, it's best to ask a dermatologist and meet with a pro at a consultation before committing to anything permanent.
